DO I NEED TO REGISTER IN ORDER TO PLACE AN ORDER? 

While registration is not mandatory, we highly recommend that our customers register with us to enjoy the best services and available offers. Registered customers benefit from easy return/exchange processes and can enroll in membership programs to avail exclusive offers. However, for those who prefer, you can also checkout as a guest.

ARE THE PRODUCTS LISTED ORIGINAL AND GENUINE?

Yes, all products listed on SHOWSHAA are original and genuine, crafted on order by the respective Designer Label. Almost all items are handmade and unique, so minimal variations in each product are expected.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED? 

Upon successfully placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation number on your screen. Additionally, a confirmation email will be sent to you. In the rare event of any issues with order processing, we will promptly notify you through email/WhatsApp.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED? 

We provide customers with an estimated dispatch date and maintain constant communication for urgent orders. While we make every effort to fulfill orders on the promised date, SHOWSHAA is not liable for delays beyond its control. Money refund criteria apply only if the delivery delay exceeds 25 business days from the stated dispatch date. We recommend placing orders well in advance to account for courier partner internal delays, weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances.

WHAT ABOUT EXACTNESS OF THE PRODUCT? 

SHOWSHAA strives to deliver products of the highest quality. However, as many items are handmade and unique, variations may exist in each piece. SHOWSHAA ensures that the color, size, shape, design, and other features displayed on our website are accurately represented by the designer. All products undergo a quality check before dispatching. While efforts are made to depict colors as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur due to photo shoot lighting and computer/device screen resolution. Minor color discrepancies will not be accepted as a reason for return.
