DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer free shipping pan India on all Prepaid Payment orders, including Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal shipping charge will be added during the checkout process.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Our shipping services extend worldwide. International shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout, depending on your location.

DELIVERY TIME

  • Processing Time : Typically, it takes 4-7 business days for 'Ready to Ship' items and 20-25 business days for 'Custom-made orders' for processing and Quality Control (QC) checks. The dispatch date is product-dependent and can be found on the respective product page.
  • In Transit : After dispatching, domestic orders generally take 2-5 business days, while international orders may take 6-8 days for delivery. While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, we appreciate your patience with the delivery time.
  • Tracking : Upon placing an order, you will receive a tracking number or Airway Bill (AWB) through email/WhatsApp. This allows you to track your item from the shipment date until it's in the process of delivery.
  • Delay / Non-Delivery : SHOWSHAA is not liable for any delay/non-delivery of purchased products due to reasons beyond its control. We recommend placing orders well in advance. Unforeseen circumstances causing delivery delays will not be considered grounds for return.

TAXES & DUTIES

For customers within India, all prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of GST. For international customers, duties are not included in the price. Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. While most orders may not incur customs duties, it's essential to pay them if your order falls under such requirements to release it from customs.

TAMPERED, DAMAGED, OR OPENED PACKAGES
