RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGE/RETURNS FOR SIZE ISSUE? 

All the products on the website are non-refundable. Only exchange is possible. We have a hassle free exchange policy for any issue. Orders made with custom measurements are not applicable for size exchange/ alterations. Please note that exchange policy differs from product to product so mentioned in product description.

HOW DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGE? 

STEP 1: Go through Return/Exchange terms and conditions.
STEP 2: Mail us at
SHOWSHAAARS@GMAIL.COM with order ID and relevant pictures.
STEP 3: Upon approval by SHOWSHAA, an email/WhatsApp will be sent to customer with return address.

– Please mail us for exchange within 2 days from the date you received your order. After that, any request for return/exchange won’t be entertained. 

– Customer will have to return goods to our warehouse at their own cost. Please ship it and share AWB number within 72 hours after receiving approval on mail/WhatsApp. 

– Delay in dispatch of reverse shipping i.e. after 72 hours, may result in cancellation of exchange. 

– Please note we do not provide reverse pickup unless order is faulty or damaged. You will be solely responsible to ensure that the product is delivered to SHOWSHAA in good condition and SHOWSHAA will not be held liable for any damage caused to the product during transit.

– The product is returned in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, belts, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, hangers, freebies, if any, and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product. Any product sought to be returned or exchanged, should be unworn or unwashed. Products that are found to be worn or damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return or exchange.

– Unidentified returns will not be entertained.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR MONEY REFUND? 

A Money Refund is applicable only under the mentioned circumstances. The product is delivered extremely late, i.e., more than 45 business days from the stated delivery schedule, except for delays caused by unforeseeable circumstances or pandemics beyond SHOWSHAA's control.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR STORE CREDIT REFUND?

Store Credit Refund is applicable under the following conditions:

  •  Non-availability of the preferred size for the exchange request.
  •  The product purchased is not listed as non-returnable or non-exchangeable under this policy (see below).

Products Not Eligible for  Exchange:

  •  Custom Made orders, including custom size orders.
  •  Dupatta & Scarves, Jewellery & Accessory Products, Lifestyle Products.
  • All Sale/Coupon applied items.
  • International Orders – Return/Exchange conditions apply only to domestic orders, not for International orders.


WHAT IF I RECEIVE DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT? 

If you receive damaged/torn/stained merchandise, inform our customer care department immediately by emailing showshaaars@gmail.com with relevant pictures. Full refunds are applicable for faulty, damaged and torn merchandise, subject to availability. We may offer to repair faulty items or replace them before approving a money refund.

WHAT IS STORE CREDIT POLICY?

Store credit will be received in your SHOWSHAA Wallet within 24 hours after the QC check. Terms and conditions for Store Credit include non-transferability, a validity of 1 year, and the inability to return or exchange products purchased with Store Credit.
